Yokai Teardrops and Amrita are not the only currencies in Nioh 3. For multiplayer there is another currency called Glory. It is a special online currency in Nioh 3 that becomes useful once you unlock MP and the clan system later on in the game.
Glory isn’t for boosting your character stats directly like Amrita or Gold, but it is linked to online features, rewards, and clan progression.
Glory is an online currency tied to:
- defeating Revenants
- participating in co-op missions
- donating items to your clan
- clan competition performance
It feeds into the Clan Battle system and is used for purchasing unique rewards from the Hidden Teahouse. It doesn’t directly affects combat stats in Nioh 3 but it supports progression through things like items and gear rewards, crafting materials, cosmetic skins and gestures, boosters or consumables, all available through Glory purchases in Nioh 3.

Defeating Revenants
Revenants in Nioh 3 are Ghostly enemies left behind where other human players have died. Taking them down awards your character with Glory. You need to be connected to online connection to earn Glory.
Online Co-op Activities
Online gameplay activities that earn you Glory are Visitor Sessions, general co-op gameplay, and Expeditions. You can earn Glory automatically for helping other players’ game sessions.
Donate Items to Your Clan
You can give gear or items to your clan via the clan menu. The higher item value, the more Glory you receive in Nioh 3. You can farm items in single player and multiplayer and then donate the ones you don’t need for your session.
Clan Battles
All Glory you earn counts toward both your personal rank and your clan’s total score in Clan Battles, which occur on periodic cycles. Glory will keep accumulating in your account even if you don’t spend it anywhere right away.
