The Hidden Teahouse in Nioh 3 is the path to Glory trading, Clan Battles, pledges for passive buffs, and exclusive cosmetics that can’t be earned only by playing the singleplayer mode. The Teahouse is run by Matsunaga Hisahide and is located in the Eternal Rift. The Hidden Teahouse is unlocked mid-game after you complete the Warring States era of Nioh 3.
Here, spend Glory (earned from Revenants/co-op) on rare materials like Large Crooked Horn (2,000 Glory) or Ochoko Cups (200), join one of 38 Clans (e.g., Toyotomi for +5% Amrita), and dominate Clan Battles for massive rewards.
How to Unlock Hidden Teahouse

The Hidden Teahouse is unlocked after progressing The Battle of Saigagake main story quest. You will time travel to Heian Period, 1190 CE to complete the quest. Then fast travel to the Eternal Rift and go to the Southeastern house to meet Matsunaga to discuss multiplayer features like Clans, Glory, and Clan Battles.
At the end of your conversation with him, the Teahouse unlocks. Matsunaga Hisahide also offers Teahouse quests that can you complete for exclusive rewards in Nioh 3.

Pledging to a clan gets you protection via special buffs and inside your clan you can rank up by earning more Glory. Joining a clan has a cooldown of 8 hours so you will have to wait until then.
