The Bar and Lounge safe code is printed on a note you can find inside the Custodian’s Office West Wing of Rhodes Hill Care Center. To access this office, you need a Security Level 1 Keycard from a body in the upstairs corridor in the East Wing.
Examination Room Safe Code
- Safe Location: Rhodes Hill Care Center, East Wing, 1F
- Safe Code: 30 right, 10 left, and 50 right
The Examination Room Safe Code is a printed paper that is found in the locker area outside the Conference Room in the East Wing of Rhodes Hill Care Center.
Basement Safe Code

- Safe Code: 60 right, 40 left, and 80 right
The Base Safe Code is inside one of the Warped Closets you come across while playing as Leon, after Grace enters the basement to look for Emily.
