The East Wing Keycard is one of the most important items in Resident Evil Requiem. It gives you access to the East Wing that then leads to story progression, new puzzles, and collectibles. Interestingly, to get the East Wing Keycard you also need to solve the Unicorn Door puzzle.
Where to Find East Wing Keycard in RE Requiem
The East Wing keycard is inside the Resident Evil Requiem. You can look it from a severed arm in the sitting area in the top left corner, opposite from the Roulette Table puzzle.
However, to get to this location you need to solve the Unicorn Door puzzle. Find the Red Jewel in the Chairman’s Office (West Wing 2F) and insert it into the Parlor door. Once the Parlor is open, examine the corpse’s severed arm to retrieve the keycard.
Progress through the West Wing in the Rhodes Hill Care Center until you reach the second floor’s Chairman’s Office. On the table inside the office, interact with the Unicorn Trinket Box to get the Red Jewel. This Jewel will be used in the Unicorn Door puzzle.
Shake the box to get the Red Jewel.
Go to the West Wing 1F hallway adjacent to the Central Hall (near the Guardian’s Office). Here you will find the locked Parlor Door with the unicorn emblem slot. Insert the Red Jewel inside the Parlor door slot to solve the Unicorn Door puzzle.
This gives you access to the Parlor Room in Resident Evil Requiem.
The East Wing Keycard will give you access to the East Wing in Resident Evil Requiem.
