Security Wristband Level 3 gives you access to a ton of new areas and locked doors in Resident Evil Requiem. However, you first need to get Security Wristband Level 1 and Security Wristband Level 2 because the Security Wristband Level 3 has a natural progress that leads to it.
You must be playing Grace’s campaign in the Care Center (East Wing). Progress until you have access to the Isolation Ward (this requires having obtained and used the Level 2 ID Wristband to open the security door on East Wing 1F).
Other than that you need any additional tools or items to get Security Wristband Level 3 in RE Requiem.
Where to Find Level 3 ID Wristband in RE Requiem
The Level 3 Security (ID) Wristband in Resident Evil Requiem is found in the Care Center’s Security Manager’s Office (Isolation Ward, East Wing). It is on the body of the security manager himself. You can come across this entire section of the game while solving the three puzzle boxes; and the final puzzle box leads to the Security Wristband Level 3.
While trying to solve the puzzle box in the Security Manager’s Office, Grace realizes that the final box has symbols written in braille. This scene occurs after Grace has solved the Lead Researcher’s puzzle and obtained Level 2 clearance. Story-wise, once you have Level 2 and enter the Isolation Ward, head straight to the end of the hall (past the Security Point door). The security manager’s office is to your right.
Once you have the ID Wristband Level 3 you can go and free the blind girl locked up in the Medication Room. The girl, Emily, will accompany you to the Security Manager’s Office and solve the final puzzle box.
Important: Some players have reported that they can’t loot the Security Manager’s body on PS5 to get the Security Level 3 Wristband. The solution is to interact with the notebook first and then interact with the puzzle box. Interact with the body at the end to trigger the cutscene where Grace looks at Emily’s photo and then loots the body for the wristband. If you skip the note, the wristband may not register.
