Security ID Wristband Level 2 or Security Keycard as most refer to it, is the item that will get you access to a bunch of rooms around Rhodes Hill Care Center in Resident Evil Requiem. However, getting the Security ID Wristband Level 2 requires you to find an Orgenless Corpse, revive it, and then shoot it dead again.
I don’t know why the developers thought this guy needs to die twice in Resident Evil Requiem but that’s how it is. But first we need to find a tool that will get us an artificial lung to revive this guy.
Get the Wrench
The first step is to get the Wrench from Custodian’s Office.
This Wrench will be used to unlock the Cold Storage Room. But we will come back to this later.
Find and Open the Organ Transport Box
To properly do this you need to first solve the Sun Puzzle Box to get the notebook that explains how to unlock the Organ Transport Box. However, it is not mandatory if you know how to do it without it. So let me explain how to unlock the box.
First, go to the Garage and pick up the Organ Transport Box from the back of the truck. You can pick up the Wrench from the Custodian’s Office and head left to the Garage.
Examine the Box and flip it to access the panel on its back.
Set the dials and switches exactly as I have shown in the image above. Once your box looks exactly like this, turn the round dial from Hand to Auto. By default, the round dial will be set to Auto but you need to turn to Hand and then back to Auto after everything else is set exactly the way you see in the image.
As soon as the round dial is back to Auto, the box will open and you will get the Artificial Lung.
Get the Heart from the Cold Storage
Now we need to head to the Cold Storage.
The Cold Storage has a wheel that you need to turn to unlock it. However, when Grace turns the wheel, it breaks off. This is when you use the Wrench we acquired earlier from the Custodian’s Office.
Insert the Organs in the Examination Room Corpse
Take the newly acquired artificial lung and Heart to the Examination Room.
Place the lungs first and then the heart inside the Organless Corpse in Resident Evil Requiem’s Examination Room.
The Organless Corpse will alive itself and attack Grace. It takes 3–4 bullets to the head to kill it again. When the Organless guy is a Corpse again, loot the body to get the ID Wristband (Level 2).
With the ID Wristband Level 2 you can access the Isolation Ward among other areas. The Isolation Ward is where you solve the third puzzle box puzzle to get the Star Quartz.
