Rhodes Hill Care Center hides many mysteries in Resident Evil Requiem and while explore it, Grace will come across a small optional puzzle involving a Roullet Table. The puzzle is easy to miss because the table initially appears to be decorative, but interacting with it can reward you with a valuable Antique Coin used for upgrades.
You can find the Roulette puzzle inside the Parlor Room in the West Wing of the Rhodes Hill Care Center. However, before you can unlock this room you need get access to the Parlor Room.
The pathway that leads into the Parlor Room is not without threats. The Chef is hanging out here and you can take him down or sneak past him. I recommend taking him down to get the Pantry Key that’ll come in handy when looking for weapon charms.
How to Solve Roulette Table Puzzle
The roulette table in Resident Evil Requiem does not function like a normal casino roulette game. Instead, it uses a scripted mechanic tied to three specific numbers.
When you spin the wheel, the ball will only ever land on one of three numbers:
- Red 7
- Black 15
- Black 29
These numbers are the key to solving the puzzle. Instead of placing chips, you must shoot one of these numbers on the table to place your bet. If the wheel spins and the ball lands on one of the three numbers, you’ll get an antique coin.
Of course, given that you placed your bet on the same number. Since there are only three numbers that’ll ever come up, your chances of winning are high.
Approach the table and shoot one of the three numbers (7, 15, 29). Go to the wheel and spin it and if it lands on the number you shot, you win. Make sure you shoot the number printed on the table, not the spinning wheel.
When you shoot a correct number, you will hear a metallic confirmation sound indicating the puzzle has been activated.
