The Forma Storage Tower Key is the key to time in Code Vein 2. It is also the only way to save Noah in the game, if you choose to do so. Noah is one of the partners you can create a summoning pact with but he needs to be saved for that.
But you need to find the Tower key to unlcok the time travel ability. The problem is that Noah tell you the key to Forma Storage Tower is nearby but that is not the case. The key is somewhere else and in fact you need to complete a main story mission, beat two bosses, and then speak with Valentin to get the key.
Forma Storage Tower Key Location
Start by going to Magmell and speaking witth Valentin. He will have a story quest ready for you and asks you to visit two different locations on the map; The Ruins and Water Treatment Plant. Since this is a massive open world both locations are a bit far from each other; some treversal required.
At The Ruins and Water Treatment Plant you’ll find two bosses that must be taken down. The locations are marked on your map and the waypoint takes you there.
Beat both bosses and return to Valentin at the Magmell to conclude the main mission. Valentine will then hand you over the Forma Storage Tower Key. Take it back to the tower to unlock the access door to go inside.

Inside the Storage Tower go down the hallway to find Patho’s Weaving Forma. This is an item that unlocks the ability to time travel in Code Vein 2. You can travel to the past and back to the present as well as the future.
To time travel you need to find yellow rifts on the map. Yellow ones allow you to travel to the past and present but to travel to the future you need to find blue rifts on the map.
