The Troglodyte Amulet Keepsake is found in The Child region of Cairn. It is inside the giant child statue’s sanctuary. The Troglodyte Amulet Keepsake is one of many Keepsakes you can find in the game to add to your backpack cosmetics collection.
The Troglodyte Amulet Keepsake is not part of the DLC so you can pick it up as part of the game’s exploration just like the Frog Keepsake and the Small Windmill Keepsake.
- Type: Cosmetic Keepsake (backpack attachment).
- Unlocks: Troglodyte Amulet I/II badges on Steam (100 XP each).
- Lore Tie-In: Found in Troglodyte-heavy The Child (early game, post-tutorial). Pairs with Troglodyte Piton nearby for that primal climber aesthetic.
The Troglodyte Amulet Keepsake Location
The Troglodyte Amulet is found inside the massive Child Statue in The Child area of the mountain. When you’re inside, you can pick up the amulet from the statue’s feet.

You come across the statue after the Bivouac. It is not part of the main story of the game and you can actually miss this one.
Drop into the sanctuary chamber (calm, enclosed with carvings, braziers, stone benches). Ignore side paths, go straight to the central Troglodyte statue/shrine (big stone figure).
Approach the statue and press E when the prompt appears near the glowing amulet on the floor at the statue’s feet. The troglodyte keepsake will then be added to your inventory/backpack.
