How to Unlock the Kuku-Flame Resistant Armor?
To even start the crafting procedure of the armor set you need to unlock Grimnir’s Kuku Shop. You will unlock Kuku’s shop as part of the main story progression. As part of the quest ” Fire Breathing Pack”, its last objective is to find Grimnir to craft equipment in Hernand.
once you reach there you will have to fix the kiln and generator there is in NPC with golden hat, that’s Grimnir. Interact with him and you can craft and enhance items from the menu.
How to Get Kuku-Flame Resistant Armor Blueprint/Recipe
In the menu you will see plenty of things that you can unlock here, if you have the required materials for the upgrade. Most players are right now interested in the which they are calling the best so far is Kuku-flame resistant armor. Select on it and you will see the spec and the required material to craft the fire-resistant armor set. This will act as a blueprint for the armor, and you exactly know which items to search for.

- Enhanced Kuku Pot: That’s easy just make Kuku pot by using 5 iron ore and 5 timber and then enhance that kuku pot by just adding the Abyss Cell.

How to get All the crafting Materials for Kuku-Flame Resistance Armor in Crimson Desert
Once you have the all the information of how you can actually make the armor set and walk through fire, the next step is where to get all the crafting materials. Abyss Cell and Power Core Casket Illusions are general items that most players have at this point. The items that are a bit difficult to you can say time taking to get are Abyss Cell and Core of Absolution in Crimson Desert.
I will tell you where you can get each item, in case you don’t have it.
Where to Get Abyss Cell for Enhanced Kuku Pot
Head to the north of the map by Pailune, there is a cave as pointed on the map.
Approach from the river heading uphill you will get near the entrance of the cave
It’s just one out of many location where you can get Abyss cell I have just mentioned this one in case you have none.
How to get Sorchflame Plate Armor in Crimson Desert
Next, we need the Scorchflame Plate Armor that is infused with enhanced Kuku Pot to get maximum flame resistance. Picking that up is quite easy from the chest. Just head to the north of Demeniss at the exact pin location shown in the map below for reference.
Once you see the buildings, there is a small wooden door at the center of the building. Crouch or slide under the door to go to the other side to get the treasure chest. Open the treasure chest to get Scorchflame Plate Armor.
Where to get Power Core Casket Of illusions in Crimson Desert
There is a chance that might have this item already because these mostly from enemies in the open world. But if you have none or spend it somewhere else, you can pick one up fairly easily at the given location in Hernand inside a small building.
Once you are there at the desired location you will see a building. Drop into it from the broken roof and you will see a cube. As you have a Kuku Poty ion the inventory, use your axiom hand to grab it and then pull it out. Once it is like this now press the seal button R to seal it into your inventory.
How to get Core of Absolution (Sanctum of Absolution Puzzle Solution)
Prerequisite: You need to complete the faction quest “The Witch of Wisdom”, as part of the quest your third task will be: “Cleanse the Sanctum “. There are four sanctums but your connection ko Kuku’s armor here is with sanctum of Deliverance.
Lastly to craft Kuku’s Flame-Resistant Armor you need Core of Absolution that you get after solving its puzzle. The Sanctum is located at the lower end of the map in Hernand.
The objective is to cleanse the Sanctum of Deliverance by defeating all the enemies in the area, solving the Sanctum of Absolution Puzzle and then getting the Core from there.
There is also a Boss fight against Antumbra’s Sword, that isn’t very easy to pick. After defeating him head to the south side of Sanctum to power up the core. When you reach there, you will see that two blocks of the machine are missing. The location of blocks is as follows:
Block Location #1: From the Abyss Nexus near the Sanctum head inside the building and go up the stairs. you will see a pile of pots there. Destroy some of the pots to reveal the first block. Use your axiom hand and place it in Kuku’s Pot.
Block Location #2
For the second block climb up from the first block location and the floor underneath will break leading to a hidden room. Time your fall as there is a fire trap at the landing position.
In this area there is a narrow room to your left where you will find the second piece for the puzzle.
After getting these two parts head back to the core of the generator and place these two blocks at the location mentioned below
Placing them on the desired position won’t activate the machine, on both sites use the force palm skill to fix them at their location.
This will complete the first part of the puzzle, and you will get the blueprint of the Enhanced Kuku Pot. For the second part of the puzzle go around to the dial with crystals and use the Blinding Flash skill. Now Focus the light when the outside white crystals pass through the center small blue crystal.
Once your are done, Core of Absolution will pop out of the center.
Now you have all the required crafting material for the Kuku’s Flame-Resistant Armor head back to Grimnir’s Kuku Shop and walk toward the flames without fear!
